The goal of the parachute are to drop it from the second floor in more then 10 seconds. Our goal is to make a parachute right by having a weight not to much not to little. Parachutes have to with weight and air resistence. In other words we need just the right way. So if our parachute is to heave it will fall fast .

This also explain in more depth about cirtain topics .This can also show you fun facts.

the screaming quarter
This was about dry ice and quarters.Dry ice is ice that skips a step. For example when it melts it turns right in to a gas. It also has acid so when you put the metal on it it makes a screaming noise. This is very funny cause it made a very high pitch noise. I learned what dry ice was and why metal makes that noise.

Section one question 6 bloge 3 cycle 2
Jupiter spins the fastest on its axis. It spins in 9.9 hours. The least amount of time means it spends the least time on one rotation. We have 24 hours in a day which means 24 hours in a rotation. That is earth so that means that Jupiter"s days are only 9.9 hours. This relates to me because the rotation shows how many hours are in a day.

post 7 games
The game that i like to play is farmville. This is very educational for many reasons. First, you learn how to be on time for example if you don't get to the crops you grow in the allotted time then they will die.Second, you learn agriculture for example you are learning how to grow crops .Finally you learn how to take care of animals and responsibility. For example you need to be responsible and make sure you check your animals every day. This games shows you lots of skills you will need when you grow up this is why i think it is educational.

week 6
Over all i think i did a very good on blogging correct information. Week 1 i had the correct info for prompt 2 i made sure that i did my research about the statue of liberty. For example i said It was a chemical change because of something called oxidation. This shows that i took the time to look it up.Week 2 i picked prompt 2 i had the right info but i could have been more specific. For example i could of said the temperature. This shows i could of worked harder.Week 3 i did a good job of explaining myself again.Week 4 it was more of a opinion than fact but i think i explained my self. Finally week 5 i did get the right answer but i could of used better grammar. For example capitals and periods could of been used.Blog number 4 was my favorite because we got to watch a video about kids doing big things. In the next set of blogs i will research more and also work on my grammar to.

week 5 prompt 2
The atomic mass of an element and the mass number of an atom of that element often have similar values. However, atomic mass and mass number are not the same. Explain the difference.
The atomic number and atomic mass are similar but not the same thing.the atomic mas is the neutrons plus the protons .Also the atomic mass is changed when a isotope occurs. The atomic number tells the number of protones in an element. Also they are categorized by the atomic number. They smilier are that they both tell the number of protones in an element. The difference is that the number tells where the element belongs and the mass changes if an isotope
occurs.

week 3 drag raceing
The design squad had a challenge to make a drag car out of a wagon or mini bike . The blue team had the wagon and they thought of a spool idea first you took a axle with a wheel on each side and spun string then add it to a axle with two wheels . They then attached the drills to one wheel and the string will add to the other freewheel. The red team just attached the wheel and axle to the drill and extended the drills buttons to the top of the handle bars. In the end the red team one because the blues string got tangled and stoped working. They both worked together with there teams by adding ideas and listening to one another.
If i had this challenge first i would brain storm i would see if i could keep it simple. I would have attached fasted drill to the too back wheels because that will make them move faster. Then i would of added an extension to the drills and put it on the front of the wagon and move with the front wheels . I learned that there are many ways to approach things. Also that adding the power to the wheels make it move faster. Finally it is important to add all team mates ideas in the final product to heads are better then one.

week 3 prompt3#
The noble gases do not form chemical bonds because all of there shells are filled. This means that they are staple so they do not need to form a bond with any other element. They only combine with other element if there last layer is unstable. For example neon it has to shells that are full so it does not have to bond. oxygen number is 11 so its shells are unstable. That means it need to combine with another element to be stable.

Week1_Prompt#2
The statue of liberty turning green was a chemical change. It was a chemical change because of something called oxidation. This is when a substance combines with oxygen this occured the color to change from copper to green. This also had to do with weathering. The acid rain chiped at the copper little by little till it was no more.

technology in science
What i like about science technology is you get to not only know how to do things but why you can do these things.Everyone loves to use computers but we get to explore things too. Doing this makes us think out the box you have to pay attention
and focus on the task. I think that some of this things can help us when we get in high school.Learning and exploring new thing are fun for me and science lets me do this.
