week 6
Over all i think i did a very good on blogging correct information. Week 1 i had the correct info for prompt 2 i made sure that i did my research about the statue of liberty. For example i said It was a chemical change because of something called oxidation. This shows that i took the time to look it up.Week 2 i picked prompt 2 i had the right info but i could have been more specific. For example i could of said the temperature. This shows i could of worked harder.Week 3 i did a good job of explaining myself again.Week 4 it was more of a opinion than fact but i think i explained my self. Finally week 5 i did get the right answer but i could of used better grammar. For example capitals and periods could of been used.Blog number 4 was my favorite because we got to watch a video about kids doing big things. In the next set of blogs i will research more and also work on my grammar to.

week 5 prompt 2
The atomic mass of an element and the mass number of an atom of that element often have similar values. However, atomic mass and mass number are not the same. Explain the difference.
The atomic number and atomic mass are similar but not the same thing.the atomic mas is the neutrons plus the protons .Also the atomic mass is changed when a isotope occurs. The atomic number tells the number of protones in an element. Also they are categorized by the atomic number. They smilier are that they both tell the number of protones in an element. The difference is that the number tells where the element belongs and the mass changes if an isotope
occurs.

week 3 drag raceing
The design squad had a challenge to make a drag car out of a wagon or mini bike . The blue team had the wagon and they thought of a spool idea first you took a axle with a wheel on each side and spun string then add it to a axle with two wheels . They then attached the drills to one wheel and the string will add to the other freewheel. The red team just attached the wheel and axle to the drill and extended the drills buttons to the top of the handle bars. In the end the red team one because the blues string got tangled and stoped working. They both worked together with there teams by adding ideas and listening to one another.
If i had this challenge first i would brain storm i would see if i could keep it simple. I would have attached fasted drill to the too back wheels because that will make them move faster. Then i would of added an extension to the drills and put it on the front of the wagon and move with the front wheels . I learned that there are many ways to approach things. Also that adding the power to the wheels make it move faster. Finally it is important to add all team mates ideas in the final product to heads are better then one.

week 3 prompt3#
The noble gases do not form chemical bonds because all of there shells are filled. This means that they are staple so they do not need to form a bond with any other element. They only combine with other element if there last layer is unstable. For example neon it has to shells that are full so it does not have to bond. oxygen number is 11 so its shells are unstable. That means it need to combine with another element to be stable.
